This site is owned and operated by me, a UK-based independent artist. I offer original art, fine art prints, greeting cards and gifts, and custom commissions through this platform.

2. Intellectual Property

All artwork, images, and content on this website are my original creations and are protected by copyright. Purchasing a product does not transfer reproduction rights. Please don’t use my work for commercial purposes or reproduce it without my written permission.

3. Commissions

Custom commissions are accepted on a case-by-case basis and are made to your specifications.

  • 50% of payment is required upon booking unless we agree otherwise in writing.

  • Once work begins, no cancellations, refunds, or returns are accepted.

  • I retain the copyright to commissioned pieces unless we agree to a separate licensing arrangement.

  • I may share the artwork publicly (e.g., on social media or my portfolio), unless you request otherwise in advance.

4. Orders & Payment

Payments are processed securely through Squarespace's supported providers. I never have access to or store your payment details. All prices are listed in GBP.

5. Shipping

  • Orders are shipped from the UK.

  • I currently ship to the UK and selected international locations.

  • Delivery times may vary depending on destination.

  • Buyers are responsible for any customs fees or import duties.

6. No Returns or Refunds

Due to the handmade and made-to-order nature of my work, all sales are final. I do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges.
If your item arrives damaged or there’s a mistake with your order, please get in touch within 7 days and I’ll do my best to resolve it.

7. Limitation of Liability

While I do my best to ensure this website runs smoothly, I cannot guarantee it will always be error-free. I am not responsible for any damages resulting from your use of this website.
