This piece is my little love letter to Cornwall ~ a place that stole my heart and never quite gave it back.
Cornwall Dreaming captures a dreamy seascape that feels like a deep breath for the soul. In the foreground, tall, graceful agapanthus sway gently, just as they did on those blissful summer days by the coast. There's something about that view ~ sea, sky, and blooms ~ that just makes everything feel softer, lighter… possible.

This painting is inspired by a dear friend who followed her heart all the way to Cornwall. She built a new life there ~ full of creativity, freedom, and daily sea swims ~ and watching her live so fully gave me the spark to pick up my brushes and paint this. It’s a tribute to dreams, to courage, and to the magic of starting fresh in a place that feels like home.
